High LTV range

For purchase and remortgage:

  • Mortgages up to 95% LTV for first time buyers and home movers.
  • Fee free remortgaging available up to 85% LTV for clients with low equity.

Help to Buy: equity loan and London Help to Buy scheme

For new-build property purchases only:

  • Free valuations and no product fee options available
  • Applicants provide a minimum of 5% deposit and are then supported by a government-backed loan of up to 20% (up to 40% in London) and a mortgage for the remaining loan amount up to 75% LTV.

100% LTV Family Guarantee Mortgage Range

For purchases only:

  • For applicants who have little or no deposit, but do have a family member able and willing to provide a guarantee secured against their own residential property.
