All our timescales are in working days and are based on fully packaged cases:

  • Same day decisions through our online portal.

Applications

  • We aim to underwrite full mortgage applications within 2 days of receipt (see our current underwriting timescale to the right).

Valuations

  • Once we have reviewed the application a valuation will be instructed and passed to our panel of professional valuers.

Offers

  • We work to review the documents you provide as quickly as possible, our current turnaround times are shown to the right (this is based on our average application to offer timescales from the previous month).

Top tips to speed up the process

  • Check the online portal to see what information is required.
  • Add any additional information and notes to the portal to update your case because it’s secure and we can pick these up quicker than emails.
  • Track your case through the online portal and remember our underwriters and case processors will personally update you at all the key stages of your application (we will call you first and if we can’t get hold of you, you’ll receive an email update).
